QUALIFICATIONS: - At least a high school graduate, preferably college graduate or undergraduate of B.S. Engineering or allied medical courses - With more than two (2) years’ experience as Safety Officer, preferably in the Construction industry - Must have completed 40 hours of training in Construction Occupation Safety and Health (COSH) - Must have completed 48 hours of advance / specialized Occupational Safety training course - Must have good verbal & written communication skills - Must possess some or all of the requirements for accreditation for Safety Practitioner by DOLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To develop, implement and promote occupational safety and health programs in the work place. 2. To Advise and assist the employer in complying with the provisions of the standards, especially in the submission of the reporting requirements. 3. To Perform at least a quarterly appraisal/assessment of the implementation of occupational safety and health programs in the work place. 4. To prepare an annual report of safety and health programs of establishments. 5. To be present during the scheduled safety inspections by authorized government agents and as requested during regular health and safety committee meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS: - At least Junior High School Graduate - Honest and Trust-worthy - Hard-working and patient - At least 3 years experience as a Professional driver - Must have a Valid drivers license (Pro/Non-Pro), DL Codes (B, B1, B2, C, D) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Safely deliver materials to the different projects in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. 2. Ensure that the delivery vehicle is in good driving conditions by sending it for preventive maintenance on time as per schedule. 3. Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times. 4. Coordinates with Warehouse Head regarding his daily trip itinerary. 5. Assists in the loading and unloading of materials to/from delivery vehicle. 6. Assists in the warehousing activities such as stock arrangement, maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse area.

QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronics Engineer, preferably with PRC License - Must have basic knowledge with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, - PowerPoint and other related programs - Experience with Fire protection works is an advantage - Familiar with applicable code requirements - Hardworking and highly trainable DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Familiar with applicable code requirements 2. To become an expert in the company's product line that are specifically assigned 3. Maintain technical knowledge by attending seminars and other technical forums 4. Responsible in gathering information such as bid plan, technical specifications and bid documents to be estimated 5. Prepares estimate in accordance with the prescribed estimating work instructions 6. Identifies and computes materials, labor and overhead and preliminaries in accordance with bid plan, technical specifications and bid documents 7. Prepares Bill of Quantities that fully comply with the requirements of our clients and submit a comprehensive and competitive bid proposal 8. Presents prepared estimate to Engineering Supervisor Assist Sales and Marketing, Project and Service Department via technical support base on minimum requirement of the clients 9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing required outputs Reports regularly to Engineering Supervisor regarding assigned task activities 10. Ensures that the quantities and cost are accurate and complete

QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics and Communication Engineering or college undergraduate or vocational/technical course graduate with at lest 5 years relevant experience on FDAS/SMS/BMS/FSS. - Must be service- oriented - Must be knowledgeable in cost estimating and work scheduling - Possesses leadership skills - With good communication skills both written and oral - Has the ability's to handle difficult clients DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure that all installations are properly done within applicable codes/standards, plans and specifications; 2. Supervise the service personnel in the implementation of maintenance, warranty and additional works; 3. Twenty four (24) hours on call to respond to clients immediate needs; 4. provides cost estimate quantity take-offs on additional works and other recommendations to client; 5. Prepares accomplishment reports and materials requisition/ proposals and manpower schedule; 6. Attends regular coordination with the client during servicing works and/or small project implementation to develop closer relationship, 7. Assist Service Supervisor in the discharge of the latter's duties and responsibilities 8. In the exercise of company prerogatives, management may assign you to a different position or with different or additional responsibilities as it may see fit or necessary
